Daring Helpers: Expanding Your Empathy Practice and Understanding Shame

This is a highly experiential workshop taken from Dr. Brené Brown's curriculum, The Daring Way™. Gain an understanding of what's potentially holding both you and your clients back in an effort to SHOW UP|BE SEEN|LIVE BRAVE™. This workshop offers a parallel process for you to explore your own triggers with shame and at the same time learn tools and techniques to pass on to your clients. This workshop is relevant to helpers that work in education, clinical, and/or organizational settings.
